Changing Rooms Books and Merchandise - Changing Rooms is the TV show on which Trading Spaces was based. If you like Trading Space, I think you'll love Changing Rooms, I know I do. While there is humor, the show concentrates more on basics than Trading Spaces, and 90% of the time, the designers actually listen to the homeowners! (From BBC America - the collection offers both design and carpentry assistance)
